Lot-tracked slabs

Every slab carries a lot number from the Luc Yen quarry through dispatch. What you specify is what gets delivered.

Transparent commission

Clear percentage agreed before specification. No moving targets, no settlement disputes after dispatch.

Prompt payment

Trade commission paid promptly on dispatch. No sixty-day waits. No proof-of-delivery games.

iv.

Samples in 48 hours

Tile-sized slab samples dispatched within two business days of request, anywhere in India.

v.

Same slab on delivery day

The slabs you approved by lot number are the slabs that arrive. No "similar grade" substitutions without written approval.

vi.

Architect introduction policy

If you bring a client to the showroom, we route the conversation through you — not around you. Period.

Commission Structure
Transparent percentage, agreed in writing before you specify Vistara on a project. Rate scales modestly with project volume. Discussed on first conversation. Confirmed via email or WhatsApp before any client introduction.
Payment Timeline
Commission paid promptly on dispatch from our yard. No waiting for client final payment. No settlement reconciliation games. Once your slabs leave the yard, your commission is processed.
Samples
Tile-sized samples (~30×30 cm) of any in-stock grade, dispatched within 48 hours. First three samples per project supplied at no charge. Larger sample sizes and full-slab digital photographs available on request.
Trade Pricing
Trade rates available on registered architect projects. Pricing held for 60 days from quote, locking your project against import-cost fluctuations. Volume discounts on hospitality and commercial projects exceeding 5,000 sq ft.
Yard Visits
By appointment, including for your clients. We block time on your calendar so the visit feels considered, not transactional. Tea, light refreshments, and time at the slabs without sales pressure.
Client Introductions
All client conversations route through you until you say otherwise. If your client visits the yard independently, we acknowledge the architect-of-record and decline to negotiate around you. This is non-negotiable on our side.
Project Site Delivery
Pan-India delivery, including last-mile coordination. Crating, transport insurance, and delivery scheduled around your project timeline. Site supervisor coordination if required.
Substitution Policy
No substitutions without written approval from you. If a specified lot becomes unavailable mid-project (rare), we present alternatives in writing — never as a fait accompli at delivery.

Initial conversation

Project brief on WhatsApp. We confirm commission terms, sample policy, and timelines in writing before you specify anything.

Sample & specification

Samples dispatched within 48 hours. Digital slab photographs sent to your phone. You finalise grade, finish, and approximate quantity.

Yard visit & lot approval

You or your client visits the showroom to approve specific slabs by lot number. Or video walkthrough if travel isn't feasible.

Dispatch & commission

Slabs crated and shipped to the project site on the scheduled date. Trade commission paid promptly on dispatch — no waiting.
